Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga Classes chair or mat

9 Week Gentle Hatha FLow Yoga classes starting Tuesday Sept  15th til end of Nov. 

Classes are for both Men and Women, using chair or mat depending on your comfort level. The classes  are free with  a grant from Horizon Canada. Refreshments and social time  following the class after 11am.
