Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga Classes

9 Week Gentle Hatha FLow Yoga classes starting Tuesday May 5th for 9 weeks end June 30th 

Classes are for both Men and Women, they are free due a grant from Horizon Canada. Refreshments and social time following the class.
