Bishop's message & seasonal resources invite spiritual renewal

"I pray that in these coming weeks you’ll make room in your heart and your mind and in your life to welcome the light of Christ this Advent," says Bishop Susan Bell in a brief Advent message posted on the diocesan YouTube channel.
The Bishop says that Advent is a season "when we intentionally seek renewal" in the hope, peace, joy and love of Christ.

Bishop Bell's Advent message concludes with a prayer that the journey through Advent will "prepare our hearts to welcome Jesus into our lives, more fully, more deeply, and more faithfully."
