We have appreciated Lisa’s substantial efforts over the past three years to strengthen our parish ministries and wish her well going forward.

Bishop Susan Bell has appointed Greg Tweney as diocesan chancellor, effective July 1. Greg is a parishioner at St. Elizabeth's in Burlington, a Crown Counsel with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, and has served as vice-chancellor for the past year.
A service of installation will take place at Christ's Church Cathedral in Hamilton this fall.

With deep sadness, we share the news that Canon Jean Archbell, Rector of St.James, Dundas, died late Sunday evening. We give thanks to God for Jean's life and her steadfast witness to the Gospel. Please hold in your prayers Jean's husband, Dave; her daughters, Samantha and Alica; and their whole family as well as the many people, parishes and communities she touched through her ministry.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 4, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.; at Church of St.James, 137 Melville Street, Dundas. A service celebrating Jean's life will take place on Thursday, July 5, at 11 a.m., at Christ's Church Cathedral, 252 James Street North, Hamilton. Clergy are invited to vest - white stole.
