Our deepest sympathy to Bishop Clarence Mitchell, Retired Suffragan Bishop of Niagara, and family, on the death of his wife, Joyce Mitchell, on Monday, February 3. A Service of Celebration for the life of Joyce will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 11 a.m., at St.Paul’s Church, 302 St George Street, Port Dover. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Thompson Waters Funeral Home, 102 First Avenue (corner of Nelson), in Port Dover.
