We have one word for you… and that is "welcome."
You have arrived at homepage of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara website and we think you've come to the right place! This site is for everyone; people who attend our churches, people from the communities we serve, and people from the wider world.
Our church is a gathering place for people from every walk of life who seek to follow the teachings of Christ passionately. We strive to foster the growth of healthy, inclusive, spiritually vibrant, justice-seeking faith communities in new and innovative ways by being responsive to the changing needs of the people and communities we serve.
For over 140 years we have been the local expression of the Anglican Church of Canada in Guelph and Hamilton, the regions of Niagara and Halton, as well as Wellington, Haldimand and Dufferin counties. We acknowledge with respect the history, spirituality, and culture of the Indigenous peoples with whom the Upper Canada Treaties were signed and the territory wherein our church resides, and our responsibility as Treaty members.
Be sure that you look up and visit your local parish – it will be a worthwhile experience.
The people of the Diocese of Niagara have formulated our vision which in turn speaks to and drives the development of our Anglican Community.
