Sundays at 10:30 am
Everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday morning at our 10:30am Eucharistic Celebration!
We use the form of the Eucharist found in the Anglican Church’s Book of Alternative Services (p. 185). Our service offers a focus on the Bible (our Holy Scriptures) and the Sacrament of the Eucharist. We celebrate with an open table—which means that everyone is welcome to join us at the Lord’s Table.
Our worship is conducted by one of our two Co-Rectors (the official term for the Priest serving the Parish which in other denominations is the Pastor or Minister of the congregation). Other lay people (who are not ordained) assist in leading our worship.
Our service music is led by our Music Director and our wonderful intergenerational choir!
We offer ministry for children and youth and supervised care for your little ones throughout the service time.
Please join us and see what it means to be part of the family at St Luke’s!
Morning Prayer (and Bible Study)
Wednesdays at 9:30am
Everyone is welcome to join us on Wednesday mornings to celebrate Morning Prayer. This is a traditional form of prayer service within the Anglican Church. We pray together, we read from scripture, and join together in fellowship.
Our Morning Prayer begins at 9:30 every Wednesday morning and is followed by an optional Bible Study. This is where we get the opportunity to talk about the scriptures that we have read and understand them more fully, while seeking to apply them to our lives today. It is almost always a very spirited conversation and opportunity to learn things about our scriptures, our faith, and ourselves!
